Survivor yoga is designed to fit the needs of those of us who have been through various stages of cancer and cancer treatments. Classes are taught by an experienced yoga professional, specifically trained to deal with cancer and it's various effects.

exercises, gentle vinyasa flow, balances, twists and lymph drainage
techniques come together to promote healing and regain mental focus.
The right yoga practice can alleviate some of the negative effects from
treatments like chemo and radiation. Yoga can also help to assist the
medications to work more efficiently by promoting circulation and
elimination of toxins. Deep breathing techniques help to calm the
nerves while asana practice releases energy leaving you feeling taller,
stronger and more prepared for whatever comes next.
